Estimates are not contracts

Requesting an estimate through this site does not create a contract or reserve a start date. A site visit and a written estimate are free and carry no obligation on either side. Work begins only under a signed written contract that states the scope, price, schedule, and the other terms Maryland law requires of home improvement contracts. Anything on this website, including descriptions of materials, processes, and typical practices, is general information and not a quote for your property.

Permit and code information

The site summarizes permit, zoning, historic-district, covenant, and environmental rules that commonly affect outdoor projects in the counties and communities we serve. These summaries are checked when written and reviewed periodically, but rules change and depend on the specific property. They are not legal advice. We confirm the requirements that apply to your project as part of the estimate, and the issuing authority's current rules control.

Unless an image is labeled as a Roso project, images on this site are concept renderings or illustrations, labeled as such, and show design ideas rather than completed Roso work. They are not a representation of what a specific project will look like.

You may not submit false information, use the estimate form to send unsolicited messages, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, or copy the site's text, images, or code for commercial use without written permission.
