About Roso
A focused outdoor-construction company for Maryland homeowners
Roso Deck, Fence & Patio is the outdoor construction brand of Roso Services LLC, a Maryland contractor building decks, fences, and patios for homeowners in Baltimore, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Carroll counties.
We keep the business focused on three things we build well. That focus means the same crew that framed the deck understands how the patio should meet it, and the fence line is planned around both.
We operate as Roso Services LLC and do business as Roso Deck, Fence & Patio. Our work area is Baltimore, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Carroll counties, Maryland. We hold Maryland Home Improvement Commission license #157680, which you can verify with the state.
Our approach
Craftsmanship and communication, in that order
Craftsmanship you can inspect
The parts of a project that fail early are the parts you cannot see: footings, ledger flashing, post depth, base compaction. We build those parts as carefully as the surface and invite you to look at every stage.
Communication without chasing
You should never wonder where your project stands. We tell you what happens next, who will be on site, and what decisions are waiting on you, and we return calls and messages.
Estimates that mean something
A written, itemized estimate after an on-site visit, with the trade-offs explained. If a cheaper option will serve you just as well, we will say so.
Respect for your property
Compact staging, protected landscaping where practical, daily tidy-up, and full debris removal. The yard should look better when we leave than when we arrived, not just the part we built.
Project process
What a Roso project looks like
Step 1: Tell us about your project
Send the estimate form or call. Share your project type, ZIP code, and what you have in mind so we can prepare for the conversation.
Step 2: Site visit and measurements
We walk the property with you, measure, check grade and access, and talk through layout, materials, and anything that affects cost.
Step 3: Written estimate
You receive a written estimate that spells out scope, materials, and price so you can compare options and ask questions before deciding.
Step 4: Permits and scheduling
Once you approve, we confirm any permit or HOA requirements for your county and neighborhood and set a start window that works for you.
Step 5: Build and walkthrough
Our crew builds to the agreed plan, keeps the site tidy, and finishes with a walkthrough so you can see every detail before we call it done.
Talk to us about your project
A conversation and a site visit are the best way to see whether we're the right fit.
