When you request an estimate, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project type, project ZIP code, and the description you write. We use this information to respond to your request, schedule a site visit, prepare an estimate, and communicate about your project.

Information collected automatically

• Estimate-form context. With your submission we record the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the referring website, campaign parameters in the URL (such as utm_source or ad click identifiers), the time of submission, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address used only to limit abuse. We do not store your raw IP address with your request.
• Analytics. If analytics is enabled and you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and traffic sources lead to inquiries. Analytics events never include your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, or project description. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set; the estimate form works either way.

How we share information

Your request is stored in our lead database and delivered to the tools we use to run the business: an email notification to our team and, when configured, our customer-relationship or job-management system. These providers process information on our behalf to help us respond to you. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

If we run advertising, we may report that an inquiry or a sold job resulted from an ad using platform conversion tools. These reports use click identifiers or hashed identifiers as permitted by the platform and by your cookie choices; they do not include your project description.

Cookies and your choices

A small banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in a cookie named roso_consent for one year so we do not ask again. You can change your choice by clearing cookies for this site. Necessary cookies used to run the website itself are not affected by this choice.

How long we keep information
